I am a consumer-centric, data-driven, collaborative, and hands-on product management and development leader with diverse experience managing and growing profitable product lines with leading brands, including Nike, K2, Vasque, Diamondback Bikes, Reebok International, and others.

I am driven to create great products for people. Whether an everyday athlete who aspires to complete their first run, or an elite skier chasing Olympic gold, I have been equally excited to create the tools they want and that have made achieving their goals possible and enjoyable.

More than a consumer-centric approach, I am known for a highly analytical and collaborative approach to my work. Operating well at 20,000 and 10 feet, I mine data from across the business – combining data from industry-wide sales and the P&L with insights from consumers, dealers, distributors, sales partners, and athletes – to shape product strategy and projects that turn it into a reality.

As enjoyable to me as product is the teamwork with designers, developers, supplier partners, marketing, sales, supply chain and management to translate insights into products that get results. Throughout this creation process, I enjoy the adventure of doing “whatever it takes” to connect the dots, solve challenges and launch great products together.
